At Grampa's Catfish House, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in serving quality food and providing excellent service. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Food and Beverage Purchases
Due to the perishable nature of food products, all food and beverage sales are generally final. However, refunds, replacements, or store credits may be considered in the following situations:

Food quality concerns.

Orders were prepared incorrectly.

Orders were charged incorrectly.
To help us resolve any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide details about the problem.
Dine-In Orders
If there is an issue with your meal while dining in, please notify a manager or team member immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue during your visit.
Takeout and Online Orders
For takeout, curbside, or online orders, customers should review their order upon pickup or delivery. If there is an issue with the order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Approved resolutions may include:

Full refund, when appropriate
All refunds are issued at the discretion of management.
Delivery Orders
If your order was placed through a third-party delivery service, such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or another delivery partner, refund requests may need to be submitted directly through that service in accordance with its policies.
Grampa's Catfish House may assist with order issues when possible, but third-party providers ultimately control payment processing and refund decisions for orders placed through their platforms.
Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards may not be replaced.
Special Orders and Catering
Deposits for catering, large party reservations, or special orders may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Cancellation policies for catering and special events will be communicated at the time of booking.
Processing Refunds
When a refund is approved:
