When we started this project back in the summer of 2025, we never imagined it would take this long.  Until the construction is completed, we will be operating the Food Truck in the parking lot Wednesday to Saturday from 11am to 7pm (unless we run of food early).  

Yesterday, we had the trenches cut for the plumbing in the kitchen.  Today our plumber, Sowell Plumbing, completed laying the drain lines leading to the grease trap.  We will have the inspection tomorrow, then we can pour the concrete back.

The kitchen is having concrete poured today, where we added new drains for the area.  We are hoping to get started with the framing starting the week of the 16th.
